Opening Times Over CHRISTMAS

Over the Christmas period we are always open for business and are more than happy to take your orders large or small, international or UK. However our sales support agent Matthew is getting some time off, even though you are free to send emails to ask whatever you wish, they will only be answered on the dates listed below and your orders will only be dispatched on the dates listed below.

The Egg and Chips Christmas Opening Times are as follows:

Thursday the 17th - Friday the 18th December

We are closed Saturday the 19th - Sunday 20th December as usual as it's the weekend.

We open again Monday the 21st December until Wednesday the 23rd December.

We are then closed Thursday the 24th -Sunday the 27th December.

We re-open again Monday the 28th December - Wednesday the 30th December.

We do not re-open again until the 4th December when we continue as usual.

Last Shipments Before Christmas

The holidays are here which also means the postmen are going on holiday, so here is the info you need about last shipment before Christmas. Firstly, up until the 23rd December we guarantee a dispatch within 48 hours if not within 24 hours.

The last date for UK customers is monday the 21st December unless you check out using Special Delivery then the last day of dispatch is the 23rd December.

If you are an international customer the last date for a guaranteed delivery before Christmas has already passed, although we did speak with out Royal Mail agent and they are confident that so long as the order is dispatched before Thursday the 17th December their should be no reason why it will not arrive by Christmas Eve.

If you place your order with us on the day of the 17th December we will do our utmost to get it out to you before the end of the working day in order for it to get to you before Christmas Eve.

Recent Royal Mail Postal Strikes

We'd like to inform you of the recent Royal Mail postal strikes and more planne for the future they have been effecting some of your orders and we'd like to take a moment to inform you that even though it seems your order has taken a long time to arrive it is out of our hands, though we do try to dispatch items, sometimes it takes 5 working days to proccess but after your items are dispatched we are governed by the workings of the postal service. Though most of your orders have gone through without a hitch their is the odd one or two that has fallen by the wayside and gone missing. This upsets us here greatly and we will do our utmost to get that item to you or issue you another one. All items are posted using a trackable service so regardless of what happens your item will eventually get you safely. We hope your order is the one that takes one working day to deliver.
