Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, we do whatever we can to provide the very highest levels of service to you at all times.
Standard shipping costs within the UK are always 100% FREE for all VIPS.
We aim to dispatch all orders the very next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed in case we encounter any problems. Processing time includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. As soon as your parcel is ready to ship, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number to follow your shipment from the start of it's journey to the finish.
The shipping times can vary dramatically dependent on which warehouse your order has been shipped from, if you have ordered an item which is warehoused here in the UK then your order will be with you between 3-5 working days or sooner. If you have ordered a product which is located in a warehouse outside of the UK, shipping times will take from 7-14 days and on very rare occasions up to 30 days. Wherever possible, if a product is located in a warehouse outside of the UK this will be referenced on the product page.

The above shipping times are estimates and can take longer if there is any issues with the courier but any issues will be visible on the tracking information.
We are open 24/7 but our couriers only work Monday to Friday during normal business hours, if your order is made after 5pm it will be dispatched the next working day subject to our 5 working day processing time. If your order is made on a Friday the next working day is Monday.
We send all orders out via a reputable service provider such as Royal Mails fast and reliable services.
Unfortunately once the parcel has left us we are both at the mercy of the postal service where it has to be collected and driven to the main sorting office for the South of England to be processed with thousands of other parcels, before being collected and taken to your local depot where it once again is sorted by postal code to be allocated to a postman whose job it is to deliver it to your door.
If you live abroad we are not entirely sure of your parcels journey what we do know is it driven to the main sorting depot for the South Of England, then driven to the airport to be flown to your country where it must go through customs (unless you are in the EU). We assume the process is the same as the UK once it passes customs and is processed at the main depot, then driven to your local depot to be processed once again.

Egg & Chips Clothing believes in looking after the environment. So we choose to use 100% recycled 70gsm packaging paper from Flexocare & all receipts are printed on 80% recycled plain A4 paper from Ep4 , manufactured using reclaimed waste from British Offices and printers. All mailing bags are biodegradable too.
All orders are subject to availability. Though we try to keep our site up to date, some items may fall out of our stock check for one reason or another.
If their is anything you want but cannot find it be it a larger size or another colour, then please get in touch so we can order it in for you.

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email, so please ensure your email address is accurate and current. Please also check for email confirmation of your order, and make sure you check any junk email systems you may use.
If on the unlikely occasion you are not happy with your goods you may return them for a full no quibble refund or if you simply want to exchange it for another item, you may do so by returning your goods within 30 days of receipt (By law you are allowed a 7 day cooling off period, we give you a 30 day cooling off period). It is the responsibility (including the cost) of you, the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were when we sent them to you including all tags attached using a safe and secure method. We suggest you purchase proof of postage (this includes any service that supplies a tracking number) as we are not liable for the goods until they reach us. Please note we cannot accept returns on bikinis, underwear, hair accessories or body jewelery due to hygiene reasons.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We must stress that the garments must be returned in as new and resaleable condition, if the products are soiled in anyway (this includes deodorant marks, a smell of perfume or any other form of damage) we cannot issue you a refund or an exchange, if the products tags have been removed their will be a 30% restocking fee.
If you are exchanging a product their will be an additional charge to cover the cost of sending the exchanged garment to you.
We cannot offer you a refund after the 30 day period, we are very sorry but we have to abide by the rules.
Faulty goods and items sent to you in error are dealt with in a case by case manner and are exempt from the above conditions.
